A bit about us
We are an experienced team of therapists, dedicated to creating and delivering evidence based and practical Continual Professional Development for Mental Health Professionals.
Our mission is to offer high-quality CPD that provides you with a combination of Psychoeducation, discussion, reflection, tools and techniques to actually apply your learning.
We also offer other services, including Supervision, Meta-Supervision, and CBT Sessions for Therapists. All our therapists, supervisors and presenters are fully accredited BABCP members.
Services
We deliver CPD events for Mental Health professionals, ranging from short 1 hour sessions to longer training days. Presentations and training are mostly focussed on CBT techniques, however professionals from all modalities are encouraged to join and request CPD
We provide quality 121 Supervision sessions for CBT therapists, with no need for commitment to the amount or frequency of sessions. We also provide Supervision of Supervision for Supervisors
Therapists can struggle to reach out about their own stressors, so here we like to create a space that makes it easier to just be seen as a human attending therapy, who happens to be a therapist
